As the Strategy Director, DCO - Future Opportunities, you will lead the strategic direction of Artbot campaigns, develop best-in-class digital media strategies, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive growth and innovation. You will oversee the conception, execution, and performance analysis of DCO campaigns, and guide the integration of personalization tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant media role.
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including media planning, buying, and activation principles across programmatic and social platforms.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across internal teams, clients, and agencies.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in creative aesthetics and large data sets.
- Proven ability to think strategically while applying analytical rigor to optimize digital media performance.
- Confidence in designing and implementing robust measurement frameworks to assess digital strategy effectiveness.
- Previous experience managing junior team members and fostering talent development.
- Experience in conceiving and delivering successful DCO campaigns.
- Confident, diligent, positive, and ambitious mindset.
- Knowledge of social ads manager platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) preferred
- Familiarity with dynamic-feed ad serving and HTML5 capabilities preferred
- Understanding of the creative production process, from concept to execution preferred
- Experience developing digital media strategies on a global or regional scale preferred
