As an Operations Assistant Manager, you will provide outstanding service to our consumers, oversee opening and closing procedures, educate team members, and drive sales targets to achieve company goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 2 – 3 years of total retail experience
• Previous store leadership roles preferred
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Proven communication skills (written and verbal)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required
• Flexibility in work schedule
