Program Manager

Cross Country is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and leading the Program Support Team for assigned PACE homecare program accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in Account or Program Management
• 3+ years' experience in client relations role
• Leadership experience in healthcare staffing, homecare, or a related field
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS technology
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
