Job Description
Cross River is seeking an L&D Consultant to partner with the Talent Management team to build, launch, and elevate Talent initiatives, programs, and processes. The position requires 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Instructional Design, with expertise in adult learning principles, blended learning, and workplace learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an associated field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Instructional Design
- Advanced knowledge/skills/certifications of adult learning principles, accelerative learning, blended learning, workplace learning, organizational learning, social learning
