• You receive a comprehensive training in our software solution, including our standardized learning project for new consultants
• The team leaders support you with their experience and are available to answer your questions

The tasks

• You create support tickets in the customer management system, classify them, and take care of the follow-up
• You provide telephone support with assistance and adjustments to the configuration
• You perform system tests and documentation of hotfix versions
• You assist in the implementation of PIM and E-commerce projects
• You work on internal projects for ongoing software improvement

The requirements

• You have an independent, team-oriented, and structured way of working, as well as a high willingness to learn
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers

The qualifications

• You have a completed vocational training in the IT field
• You are a beginner or can present your first experiences, ideally in consulting/support
• You have very good German language skills

Our location

Böblingen is located in immediate proximity to the state capital Stuttgart. We are located in the Software Center Böblingen/Sindelfingen, one of the largest branch-specific technology centers in Europe.

Our office

To ensure a pleasant and quiet working environment, there are no open-plan offices at crossbase. In general, two to three people sit in a room.
