Project Leadership
Depending on suitability and commitment, you have the opportunity to take over responsibility for projects over time. As a project leader (m/w/d), you have direct contact with the customer: During the introduction phase, you conduct workshops and training sessions and participate in project coordination.

Our Support
You are not left alone: You receive a comprehensive introduction to our software solution, including our standardized learning project for new consultants. The team leaders support you with their experience and are available to answer questions.
The Tasks
- You are the primary point of contact for the conception, configuration, and integration of our standard software
- At the beginning, you support project teams and take over part projects over time
- You accompany analysis and concept workshops as well as training sessions
- You care for existing customers during the operational phase
- You work on internal projects for ongoing software improvement
Requirements
- An independent, team-oriented, and structured way of working, as well as a high willingness to learn, characterize you
- You have a strong communication skill and enjoy dealing with customers
- The task in project leadership requires a readiness to travel of about two to three days per month
Qualifications
- You bring an completed university degree, e.g. business informatics, computer science, business engineering, or similar
- Ideally, you already have experience in managing IT projects, preferably PIM and/or e-commerce projects
- Your German language skills are excellent

Our software solution supports our customers in finding, processing, and making all product data available at a central location for all sales channels.
Our Location
Böblingen is located in immediate proximity to the state capital Stuttgart. We are located in the Software Center Böblingen/Sindelfingen, one of the largest branch-related technology centers in Europe.
Our Office
To ensure a pleasant and quiet working environment, there are no large open-plan offices at crossbase. In general, two to three people sit in a room.
