Overview

As an Application Consultant at crossbase, you are the direct point of contact for PIM and e-commerce projects. You answer questions, take in information, and take over communication with our developers.

You are part of our "crossbase-France" team and take care of our customers in France and Benelux.

You will receive a thorough training in our software solution, including our standardized learning project for new consultants.

The team leaders will support you with their experience and be available to answer your questions.

Tasks

• You are the point of contact for the conception, configuration, and integration of our standard software.
• You accompany analysis and conception workshops as well as training sessions.
• You take care of existing customers during the operational phase (hotline).
• You work on internal projects for ongoing software improvement.

Requirements

• An independent, team-oriented, and structured way of working, as well as a high willingness to learn, characterize you.
• You have a safe and reliable demeanor, as well as good presentation skills.
• You show endurance in conceiving creative problem solutions and enjoy dealing with customers.
• The task requires a willingness to travel of about one day a week.

Qualifications

• You bring a completed university degree, e.g. in computer science, business informatics, business engineering, or similar.
• You are a beginner or have experience in managing IT projects.
• Ideally, French is your native language, at least you have secure French language skills (C1).

Our location

Böblingen is located in immediate proximity to the state capital Stuttgart. We are located in the software center Böblingen/Sindelfingen, one of the largest branch-related technology centers in Europe.

The location is easily accessible by car and public transport and offers sufficient free parking spaces.

Our office

To ensure a pleasant and quiet working environment, there are no open-plan offices at crossbase. Usually, two, maximum three people sit in a room.
