We want to provide the best service. That's why every crossbase customer has a fixed point of contact. You are there for him and answer questions, receive information, and take over communication with our developers.

As a Project Manager, you play a crucial role in the introduction phase of the crossbase software solution at the customer. You organize workshops and training and support our experienced project managers in ongoing projects. You introduce you to the tasks and gradually transfer project responsibility to you.

You will receive a comprehensive training in our software solution, including our standardized learning project for new consultants.

The team leaders will support you with their experience and will be available to answer any questions you may have.

The Tasks

• You are the primary point of contact for the conception, configuration, and integration of our standard software
• At the beginning, you will support project teams and take over part projects over time
• You will accompany analysis and concept workshops as well as training
• You will look after existing customers in the operational phase
• You will work on internal projects for ongoing software improvement

The Requirements

A self-reliant, team-oriented, and structured way of working, as well as a high willingness to learn, characterize you

You have a well-developed communication ability and enjoy dealing with customers

The task requires a travel readiness of about two to three days per month

The Qualifications

• You bring an completed studies (University, FH) or HTL in computer science, business informatics, business engineering or a comparable course of study
• You have several years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably from PIM and/or e-commerce projects
