Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mid-Market Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in SaaS sales, leadership experience, and a passion for coaching and developing talent.
Requirements
- 6+ years of SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years leading a high-growth team in a startup environment
- Proven success closing or leading AEs through complex mid-market deals
- Experience with partner-led or ecosystem-driven revenue models
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills
- Track record of hiring, ramping, and retaining top performers
- Excellent communicator with strong executive presence
- Analytical and problem-solving chops with a bias toward action
