Job Description
CrossCountry Consulting is seeking an Associate Director to join its rapidly growing Business Transformation practice and work closely with the Private Equity practice. The role involves leading M&A integration projects, developing internal teams, and driving business value creation. The ideal candidate will enjoy business transformation and have experience delivering in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in M&A integration and project management in a consulting firm
- Proven track record of managing complex integration projects within the middle market private equity space
- Strong understanding of private equity transactions and middle market dynamics
- Experience delivering to senior executive clients and senior-level consultants
- Experience using Agile methodologies
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
