Job Description
We're looking for a motivated individual to join our custodial team at our new YMCA Sportscenter. The Custodian will clean and sanitize to provide a legendary experience to members.
Requirements
- Minimum age 16 required
- Six months or more of related experience required
- Certifications required within 30 days of hire: CPR/AED & First Aid, New Employee Orientation
- Must complete Listen First training within designated time
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to relate and communicate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Must be able to travel within Lake County to other Crossroad Branches
- Must be able to work flexible schedule of nights, weekends, and holidays
