Job Description
We are looking for a Gymnastics Coach to join our team! No experience? No problem! We’ll train you on everything you need to know. Just bring your enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn!
Requirements
- Leads energizing, fun, safe, and educational gymnastics classes
- Provides appropriate supervision at all times
- Helps create class lesson plans
- Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants and parents
- Models welcoming, connecting, motivating and affirming behaviors
- Treats participants fairly and equally
- Maintains accurate class attendance records
- Ensures completion of daily equipment checks
- Obtains and maintains required certifications
- Participates in special events as assigned
