ANALYST, SUPPORT SERVICES (Services Desk)

We seek an Analyst, Support Services to serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, chats, and portal inquiries from end-users seeking technical assistance to resolve IT technical related requests and/or incidents.

Requirements

• Associate degree in computer science
• 3 years' experience in support position
• Ticketing System experience
• Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
• Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
