The Head of IT Software Solutions, Infrastructure & Security is responsible for all software products and services within the company. This role involves leading the development of internal applications, external software solutions, and maintaining the stable operation of the internal IT infrastructure, including security and automation. The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, economics, mathematics, or physics, preferably a master's degree or diploma.
• Experience in a leadership role in the IT sector.
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, IT security, and software development.
• Ideally, development experience in an object-oriented programming language like Java.
• Experience with agile project methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong planning, organizational, and management skills.
• Fluent English in written and spoken.
