Regional Sales Director, Health Plan Services - Employee Benefits

Crumdale Specialty is seeking a Regional Sales Director – Health Plan Services, Employee Benefits to drive growth and success within their distribution network. This role requires a highly driven, organized professional with a passion for sales and consultative selling, responsible for building broker relationships, managing a pipeline, and closing high-quality business. The ideal candidate will excel in a data-driven environment and have a strong understanding of self-funded/captive insurance sales.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of sales experience within employee benefits, insurance, healthcare, or benefits consulting
• Proven success with broker/partner development and territory management
• Experience with self-funded, stop-loss, captive insurance sales
• Strong command of consultative and strategic selling methodologies
• Comfortable working in a data- and KPI-driven environment
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
