Director, Workforce Housing & Data Center Workplace Operations

Crusoe is seeking a strategic and self-directed Director, Workforce Housing & Data Center Workplace Operations to lead the development and execution of workforce housing strategy and workplace operations across both remote and non-remote data center sites.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in workplace operations, real estate, workforce housing, facilities, or operations roles within high-growth, industrial, or distributed environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing site-based or distributed teams, ideally across multiple locations.
• Experience working in or supporting a data center environment is a plus.
