Director, Employee Success - Real Estate

We're seeking an enthusiastic Director of Employee Success to join our dynamic People Team at Crusoe Energy. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the agenda of Crusoe Energy's People Team, forming strong partnerships with fellow People Team members, employees, and leaders at all levels to guide and implement effective people strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working as an Employee Business Partner
• Ability to foster positive relationships between employees and an organization
• Specific experience working with software, data center, and real estate populations
• Ability to leverage deep understanding of the business strategy, plan, and value creation levers to provide insight and leadership into organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and talent development
• Ability to leverage data of many forms to drive actionable insights and demonstrable impact
