Senior Director, Recruiting - G&A, & Manufacturing

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Director, Recruiting - G&A, & Manufacturing to drive hiring outcomes and recruiting strategy across three critical pillars: talent acquisition for Corporate/G&A, Manufacturing, and GTM teams, building a high-performing recruiting team, and acting as a strategic advisor to executives and hiring leaders. The role requires someone with experience building and scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments, who can think in two timeframes at once and solve for both immediate outcomes and long-term infrastructure.
