Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, executive assistant, or similar role supporting senior or executive-level hiring
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships
