As the Senior Director of Technical Program Management, you will lead the charge in translating visionary company goals into a cohesive, multi-year technical roadmap, ensuring our engineering delivery is predictable, scalable, and aligned with market demands.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management within a high-growth, fast-paced technology company
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring teams of TPMs, including experience in organizational design and scaling departments
- Deep Technical Fluency: Hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Distributed Systems, or AI/ML platforms (as applicable to our core stack)
- Strategic Influence: Proven ability to influence senior technical leaders and executive stakeholders without direct authority
- Operational Excellence: Demonstrated experience translating complex business strategies into technical delivery with a focus on metrics and ROI
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical challenges to non-technical partners and present strategic plans to the Board or Executive team
