Crusoe is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Recruiting Enablement to lead the development, optimization, and implementation of hiring programs at Crusoe, a company that accelerates the abundance of energy and intelligence with sustainable technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Recruiting Operations or HR program management in a fast paced environment
- Proven success leading cross-functional programs and driving adoption
- Managed and owned full cycle project management with established workflows, user acceptance testing, communications and launch plans
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences and seniority levels
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Experience navigating global hiring regulations, data privacy, and AI compliance is a plus
