Associate General Counsel

Crux is seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing legal team as Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Commercial. This role is ideal for someone with deep corporate and commercial experience in renewable energy finance and related transactions and markets, ideally combining time at a leading law firm with in-house experience.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience, including a mix of practicing at a top-tier law firm, ideally working on clean energy financing transactions, and in-house experience at a renewable energy company.
• Comfortable operating seamlessly between legal and commercial teams and workflows.
• Built strong internal and external stakeholder relationships in complex environments.
• Shown an entrepreneurial mindset by helping get new ideas off the ground, by launching an initiative, shaping go-to-market plans, or creating content or frameworks from scratch.
• Worked cross-functionally and independently in fast-moving environments, exercising sound judgment to evaluate risks and make pragmatic decisions informed by business needs.
