Solar Landscape is seeking a highly skilled and agile Counsel – General Corporate/Finance attorney to join our legal team. This role is ideal for a proactive legal professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across multiple facets of corporate law, project finance, and project development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience in corporate law, including project finance and/or M&A
• Strong experience in contract negotiation and corporate regulatory compliance
