Compliance Manager

This role within Crypto.com involves ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in regulated financial institutions. The Compliance Manager will support the Compliance Officer with regulatory examinations, audits, reporting, and documentation, and collaborate with other departments to ensure robust policies and controls. This is a Hybrid position reporting to the Country’s Compliance Officer.

Requirements

• Conduct compliance monitoring activities and enhance the Compliance Monitoring Program
• Assess existing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current regulations and the Company’s strategic priorities
• Administer AML/CFT and compliance testing
• Provide guidance to management and staff regarding regulatory requirements and necessary compliance actions
• Maintain documentation integrity and ensure all compliance activities are properly recorded and auditable
