Job Description
The Compliance Analyst will support Crypto.com’s regulated businesses in their compliance obligations, managing regulatory examinations, reports, and program documentation. This role involves drafting reports, ensuring policy adherence, and identifying regulatory feedback. The analyst will work with the Compliance Officer to improve policies and maintain compliance with regulatory change.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in a legal or compliance role within a regulated financial institution
- Hands-on experience in compliance monitoring and compliance testing
- Deep understanding of Environmental, Data, and Legislation.
- General compliance experience in AML, Sanctions, KYC, and Onboarding
- Advanced communication skills
- Strong research and analysis skills
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Independent work capability
