Job Description
Crypto.com is seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead their retail trading team, focusing on designing, developing, and scaling innovative trading products. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager will be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving execution, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing software engineering teams, preferably in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong background in software development with familiarity with Golang, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka.
- Experience working with native mobile development and/or cross-platform frameworks.
- Deep understanding of the retail trading, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
