The Bellperson/Valet role at The Cloudveil Hotel focuses on providing excellent guest service by assisting guests with luggage, transportation, parking, and providing a welcoming environment. This position contributes to a positive hotel experience and ensures smooth guest check-in/out and facility upkeep.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and basic guest service procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
