Job Description
Crytek is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the Hunt: Showdown team in Frankfurt. The role involves driving the delivery of sub-teams, ensuring alignment with Crytek's goals, implementing operational models, and fostering a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in game development and project management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Producer, or Development Manager in game development or software projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, SAFe, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Fluent English skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt.
