Job Description
Freaks 4U Gaming is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects, coach colleagues, and improve internal operations within the esports and gaming industry. The role involves driving key initiatives, supporting leadership, and shaping workflows. It is an on-site position in Berlin-Spandau.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or operational leadership
- Proven track record managing large, complex projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with standard PM tools and Agile practices
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Experience in coaching and developing team members
