The Gardens at Columbine is seeking an experienced and passionate Dining Room Supervisor to join our culinary leadership team! Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality and senior living dining who takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for residents and guests.
Requirements
- Supervise daily dining room operations, ensuring meals are served efficiently, warmly, and in alignment with Golden Pond’s service standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor servers to ensure a positive, professional, and team-focused environment.
- Collaborate with the Culinary Director to ensure excellent communication between the kitchen and dining teams.
- Oversee dining room setup, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Support with scheduling servers and hosts (experience with scheduling software preferred).
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead by example - providing service support during busy meal times and events.
