Accounts Receivable Clerk

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for processing payments, generating invoices, reconciling member accounts, and assisting with financial close processes. They maintain accurate records and respond to member billing inquiries. Collaboration with internal departments is expected.

Requirements

• Process incoming payments (checks, credit cards, ACH, and online payments)
• Generate and distribute invoices for memberships, events, and services
• Monitor and reconcile member accounts
• Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions
• Respond to member billing inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes
• Collaborate with internal departments, including the Pro Shop, Events, and Membership Services
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
