Job Description
The Business Banking Relationship Manager (BBG) in Ahmedabad is responsible for managing existing client relationships, acquiring new clients, increasing asset book, and generating revenue. This role focuses on high-value SME clients and explores opportunities like insurance, trade, and loan products, utilizing branch networks to expand the customer base. The goal is to enhance client retention and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Manage existing relationship of BBG Customers
- Manage especially high value clients and ensure stickiness
- Acquire new relationship in the defined business segment
- To increase asset book of Bank
- To increase/maximize revenue of Bank more than regular RM
- Enhance wallet of share of revenue generating products through cross sell like insurance, trade, forex, liabilities, and LAP
- Regularly assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
