Job Description
The BDM for Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loans is responsible for driving business growth through branches and direct sourcing. This role demands ownership of the customer journey, from lead generation to disbursement and post-sales service. The BDM will also manage loan portfolio, ensure compliance, and cross-sell insurance and liability products.
Requirements
- Source Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business via mapped branches and direct channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly Meetings, Logins and disbursement targets.
- Train and activate branch teams and other sourcing channels.
- Own the complete customer lifecycle: sourcing, documentation, disbursement, and service.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory norms.
- Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA/T).
