Job Description
The Business Analyst will workshop & manage customer requirements, define functional specifications, and directly configure the CSG CPQ and Order Management system. The role requires a deep understanding of telecommunications markets, products, sales, delivery, and operations.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience as a business analyst
- Hands-on experience with configuration driven systems (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Siebel, etc.)
- English Proficiency in a business environment
