Business Development Manager Europe (m/f/d)

CSP is a leading provider of Quality Management, Shopfloor and Compliance software, trusted by Europe’s most demanding industrial companies. We are looking for a Business Development Manager Europe to open new markets, build new partnerships and drive early-stage growth in strategic verticals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, GTM or Consulting — ideally in SaaS, industrial IT, manufacturing software or similar.
• Experience opening new markets or launching new solutions in Europe.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills.
• High self-drive, structured working style, and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• CRM experience and familiarity with modern SaaS GTM models.
• Fluent English; additional European languages (DE/FR/IT) are a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree is essential, and a master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
