Job Description
We are looking for a Partner Manager Europe (m/f/d) to build, expand, and strategically manage CSP's European partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in Partner/Channel Management, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales, and will be responsible for driving joint business development, building joint go-to-market plans, and enabling partners to position and implement CSP solutions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Partner/Channel Management, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales
- Proven track record in building partner pipeline, co-selling, and achieving joint revenue goals
- Experience working with system integrators, consulting firms, or resellers
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, data-driven mindset combined with strong operational execution
- Highly structured, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-growing environments
- Solid experience with CRM systems and modern SaaS go-to-market models
- Strong German and English language skills; additional European languages are a plus
