Job Description
CSV Now is seeking a Team Manager for their Silicon Valley BPO division. This full-time, on-site role will lead and develop a team of Team Leaders, ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and data-driven performance. Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and support a group of Team Leaders
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure service delivery
- Act as a primary client point-of-contact
- Track, review, and ensure KPIs are achieved or exceeded
- Analyze and interpret operational data
