We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at ctrl QS, where you will play a key role in turning data findings into actionable business recommendations. As a data expert, you will be responsible for collecting, preparing, and integrating data from multiple sources, analyzing large datasets, and developing dashboards and forecasting trends.

Requirements

• Collect, prepare, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, and actionable insights.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Act as the first point of contact for data-related questions.
• Promote data literacy across business units through clear documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with all business units to understand information needs, translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support ERP system setup and improvement from a BI perspective.
• Design and implement BI solutions aligned with company strategy.
• Stay ahead of BI and AI trends and bring fresh ideas to optimize processes.
