Requirements

• Completed technical training
• Degree in building operations or comparable qualifications
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in high-rise construction or SF-construction
• Solid knowledge of calculation, implementation planning, contract law, and construction execution
• Convincing appearance and willingness to learn
• Quick, but cautious judgement
• Reliable working and action
• Very good German proficiency in spoken and written form
