Senior Project Manager for Residential Construction at a renowned and rapidly growing company in the construction and real estate industry. Responsibilities include project organization and management, leadership and coordination of project management team and subcontractors, ensuring timely completion and high quality standards, and close collaboration with architects, engineers, authorities, and other project participants.

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management or as a senior project manager, preferably in residential construction
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, building law (VOB) and cost and quality management
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and organizational talent
• Good knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Project, iTWO) and MS Office
