Field Service Technician

Quality Water Service (QWS) is recruiting a Field Service Technician to provide clean, pure water solutions in residential and commercial areas. The role involves performing maintenance, repairs, installations, and deliveries on water dispensers, filtration equipment, and ice machines. They emphasize customer service, ethical conduct, and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Complete assigned routes and services daily
• Install and exercise maintenance of water coolers, filtration equipment, and ice machines
• Clean and manage equipment, including sanitation and descaling
• Manage inventory and record service performed
• Handle invoices and service agreements
• Deliver invoices and service agreements to customers
• Use a scanner to collect equipment
• Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle
