Job Description
QWS is seeking a committed field service technician to maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and service for water dispensing equipment and filtration systems. The technician will complete assigned routes, install/maintain equipment, and manage inventory, providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include filling out customer invoices, delivering products, and recording service details in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Have completed a higher education.
- Experience of at least 1 year in professional customer service.
- Experience of at least 1 year in route and logistics fulfillment.
- Skills in planning and organization.
- Attention to detail.
- Reasoning, critical thinking and judgment.
