The Senior Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for driving the operational success and continuous optimization of critical marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Program Management, or a GTM Operations role
- Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of product or feature GTM launches
- Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve existing cross-functional operational processes
- High proficiency with common program management and workplace tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Asana, Jira)
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
