Manage the end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) launch process for new products, features, and campaigns, ensuring speed, quality, and cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Program Management, or a GTM Operations role
- Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of product or feature GTM launches
- Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve existing cross-functional operational processes
- High proficiency with common program management and workplace tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Asana, Jira)
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
