Job Description
Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire their team in a high-growth, purpose-driven company. This full-time role involves managing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The position requires a passion for cannabis and a commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED certificate.
- 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
- 1 year of experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- 1 year of retail store operations experience (opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management).
- Minimum 6 months of leadership experience.
- 6 months of hands-on experience with retail operations.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
