Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Knowledge of retail standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and loss prevention practices
- Ability to use technology and learn new tools to support operations and customer interactions
- Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer applications
