Job Description
The Associate Manager - Customer Success plays a critical stabilizing role in a project-intensive and production-driven environment undergoing a leadership transition. This role focuses on maintaining delivery momentum, fostering team confidence, and ensuring continuity across key workflows.
Requirements
- Convert project backlogs into a sprint board within 2 weeks and maintain at least 90% on-time delivery
- Implement RACI matrices and workload charts to balance effort and maintain individual utilization at 85% or above
- Schedule bi-weekly “department performance” sessions, ensuring every team member leads at least one session within 3 months
- Require 5 Whys analysis for all Sev 1 incidents and collaborate with product and development teams to eliminate 50% of repeat issues within 3 months
- Publish project status and risk dashboards every Wednesday by 4 p.m. EST
