The Associate Manager - Operations will support the Senior Manager Customer Success in overseeing day-to-day departmental functions, with a focus on customer onboarding, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, attention to detail, and a proactive approach towards continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in marketing project coordination/operations, with exposure to project leadership
- Strong project management skills, ideally with certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent in progress)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project risks
