Associate Manager - Operations

The Associate Manager - Operations will support the Senior Manager Customer Success in overseeing day-to-day departmental functions, with a focus on customer onboarding, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, attention to detail, and a proactive approach towards continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in marketing project coordination/operations, with exposure to project leadership
• Strong project management skills, ideally with certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent in progress)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project risks
