Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Tech to lead our technical strategy and infrastructure road map, overseeing system architecture, development, and data security, and driving agile product development in close collaboration with the product team.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), and secure, scalable systems
- Familiarity with AI, No Code/Low Code platforms, and healthcare data governance
- Strong product mindset and experience aligning tech with user needs
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in developing and overseeing diverse, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and a strategic, collaborative approach
- Knowing how to manage internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to express yourself fluently in ENG, Dutch/FR is a plus.
