Requirements
- Development and Implementation of an innovative technology roadmap including AI strategy
- Leadership, development and motivation of the development team (approx. 40 people)
- Definition and enforcement of Dev standards, QA and Security practices
- Responsibility for architecture and tech stack decisions
- Representation of i22 in key projects and with customers
- Building an efficient and powerful team structure
